Workshops in Komatsu
It was the first that Shinobu organized workshops for her students. She has a new young school that I had great pleasure to visit. Only a dozen of her students participated in the basic, Otea and Aparima workshops.
We changed the date of the workshops at the last time, and this unfortunately has prevented other students to participate.
Therefore, Te Tuamara wishes to express its sincere apologies for this late program modification.
I used for the first time a drum CD composed by the Conservatoire. Students really enjoyed it…as I did.
We learned a Mama Nui choreography, from a Marotea song which is about ecology and spirituality, themes that Shinobu likes.
Shinobu has greatly succeeded in passing on the basics of dance to her students. She herself was an assiduous student, and she has always respected my teachings in the great detail.
Congratulations to Hina Te Marama!
